RETURNS POLICY
We try extremely hard to ensure our quality is excellent at all times however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase date (refunds do not include delivery costs). All packaging, however, must be in place including the swing ticket that states – ‘please note returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached, thank you’
What to do:
All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 7 days from receipt to customercare@boflondon.com and ensure your item reaches us within 14 days of purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. Item(s) must arrive back to us within 14 days (21 days for International Orders)
Please complete the returns note with your returned order which must include your order number and name.

Payment:
Allow 2-3 days for Accounts to process your refund.
Your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
Return postage of unwanted goods is to be paid by the consumer
Incorrect or faulty item:
If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please return to us straight away. The order must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
If you have received the wrong size please contact us straight away, you must return the order to us within 14 days.
NO RETURNS on sale items or clearance stock can be accepted – sorry!
