What shipping methods are available?
B of London is responsible for ensuring your purchase until it is signed for after this it becomes your responsibility.
We use a signed-for delivery service; therefore someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. A card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or collect from the depot if there is no-one in to sign for the delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! For Europe and worldwide the cost is £14.95. The service usually arrives within 7 – 15 working days.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if you need to change your shipping address please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible so if your item(s) have already been packed we may not be able to make the requested amendments.

How do I return a product?
We try extremely hard to ensure our quality is excellent at all times however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of the purchase date (refunds do not include delivery costs). All packaging, however, must be in place including the swing ticket that states – ‘please note returns will only be accepted if this tag remains attached, thank you’
All you need to do is confirm your return in writing within 7 days from receipt to email@example.com and ensure your item reaches us within 14 days of purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. Item(s) must arrive back to us within 14 days (21 days for International Orders)

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Allow 2-3 days for Accounts to process your refund.
Your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please contact us straight away. The order must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
If you have received the wrong size please contact us straight away, you must return the order to us within 14 days.
Do you pay for returns when an item is incorrect or faulty?
Yes, if you can prove the item is incorrect from your original order or is faulty we will arrange payment for the return. Simply get in touch as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Where are your clothes made?
We design and manufacture all of our garments in our factory in North London
How do I know you are an ethical factory?
We are audited to high industrial standards with SMETA and Fast Forward. We are fully approved which means we are ethically compliant and technically able and we are fully transparent in all of our details.
Can I come and visit you?
Absolutely! We would love to meet you and give you a tour of the Factory. You can meet the talented team of machinists and pattern cutters that create each garment. Every Friday we open our doors, simply email email@example.com and let us know what time suits you.
